Loomavoy is operated by Norton Media Enterprise, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. It helps you find, plan and book hotel stays. Contact: support@loomavoy.com.
Hotel bookings are made through Nuitee (Nuitée Travel Limited, Dublin, Ireland), our booking partner. You pay in Nuitee's secure payment form, and Nuitee takes the payment. Your stay is provided by the hotel under its own rules. Loomavoy is not the hotel.
Flights and activities can be planned in Loomavoy but can't be booked in Loomavoy yet. Tours and tickets from Viator or Tiqets are booked on their websites under their own terms.
Stops, suggested days, planned times, directions and places to visit are planning aids only. They are not reservations, and nothing is held for you. Check opening hours with the place before you go.
A hotel "added to your trip" is not booked. It shows as "not booked" until you complete its checkout and the supplier confirms it.
Before you pay, Loomavoy shows the total for the stay and all rooms, its currency, who it covers, what is included, and any charges payable separately at the property (for example a resort fee). Loomavoy may earn a commission, which is built into the price shown and never added as a separate fee.
Loomavoy rechecks the price and availability with the supplier before payment. If the price, room or terms changed, you must accept the change before paying. Each held price has a time limit, shown as a countdown; when it ends, the payment form closes and you must check again.
Prices are in the currency shown. Your card issuer may add foreign-transaction fees.
Each hotel has its own payment, cancellation terms and confirmation. A combined total, where shown, is for information only.
You pay in Nuitee's secure payment form. Loomavoy never sees or stores your card number.
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier confirms it; a successful payment page alone is not a confirmation. Loomavoy shows the payment status and the booking status separately. Nuitee emails a confirmation to the lead guest, and the booking page and your account always show the confirmation and references.
Pay once. If anything goes wrong after paying, don't pay again: open the booking (or Account → Bookings) to see its status, or contact us with the checkout reference. If your payment goes through but the booking can't be completed, contact us and we will raise it with Nuitee, which took the payment.
Each room shows its cancellation terms before you pay: whether it is refundable and, if so, the free-cancellation deadline. Those terms apply. Where the supplier allows it, you can cancel from your booking in Loomavoy, which shows the refund the supplier states (and any fee or penalty) before you confirm.
Non-refundable rooms, late cancellations and no-shows are charged under the room's terms. Refunds go back to the card you used, through Nuitee; how long a refund takes to appear depends on your card issuer.
EU and UK travellers: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates; the room's own cancellation terms apply.
Check-in times, deposits, ID and minimum check-in age are set by the hotel. Charges payable at the property are shown as payable separately and are not included in the price.
Loomavoy helps you find and book hotels; the hotel provides the stay, and Nuitee takes the payment. To the fullest extent the law allows, Loomavoy is not responsible for the hotel's services, for events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount Loomavoy earned on that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the law of your country does not allow to be limited or excluded.
Contact us at support@loomavoy.com with your checkout reference. We will work with Nuitee and the hotel to resolve the problem. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer: the charge is made by Nuitee, so we will raise it with Nuitee.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived, those rights still apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where that law allows.
We will post changes here with a new date. The terms shown when you booked apply to that booking.
