Loomavoy terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Who we are

Loomavoy is operated by Norton Media Enterprise, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. Contact: support@loomavoy.com.

2. What Loomavoy is

A worldwide trip-planning service. Planning features (stops, suggested days, times, distances, places, events and seasonal opening) are aids only: nothing is reserved until a booking is confirmed by the supplier. Check opening hours, prices and rules with the place before you go.

3. Third-party content and links

Some listings, photos, prices and events come from partners (for example Viator, Tiqets, Ticketmaster, Geoapify/OpenStreetMap and Wikipedia). Tours, tickets and event tickets from Viator, Tiqets or Ticketmaster are sold on their websites under their terms. Loomavoy is not a party to those bookings.

4. How we earn money

Loomavoy may earn a commission on bookings made in Loomavoy. It is built into the price shown and is never added as a separate fee. We may also earn a commission when you follow a link to a partner and book there; you pay their price. Commission never decides which offers we show or their order.

5. Accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18 to book. Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time (Account → Security and settings, or /delete-account/). Deleting an account does not cancel bookings.

6. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, interference with the service, unlawful use or false booking details. Bookings are not available where US sanctions law prohibits them.

7. Bookings

Bookings made in Loomavoy are governed by the booking terms and the supplier's own rules, shown before you pay.

8. Availability

The service may change or be unavailable. Supplier and partner data can be wrong or change without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The Loomavoy name, design and content belong to Norton Media Enterprise, LLC or its licensors.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The planning service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Norton Media Enterprise, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any booking is limited to the amount Loomavoy earned on that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the law of your country does not allow to be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law

South Carolina, USA. If the law of the country where you live gives you consumer rights that can't be waived, those rights still apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where that law allows.

12. Changes

We post changes here with a new date. The terms shown when you booked apply to that booking.
