A trip-planning service you can use from anywhere. Planning features (stops, suggested days, times, distances, places, events, deals and seasonal opening notes) are aids only. Saving a plan, a place, a deal or a hotel to a trip reserves nothing. A hotel is booked only when you complete its checkout and the supplier confirms the booking. Check opening hours, prices and rules with the place before you go.
Some listings, photos, prices, deals and events come from other companies, and Loomavoy shows where they come from. Today these include:
Third-party information can be wrong or out of date, and listings can change or disappear without notice.
You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18 to book. Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Security and settings → Delete my account, or at loomavoy.com/delete-account. Deleting an account does not cancel bookings.
No automated scraping, interference with the service, unlawful use or false booking details.
Bookings made in Loomavoy are governed by the booking terms and the supplier's rules shown before you pay.
Bookings are not available where they are prohibited by applicable sanctions or other law. Separately, our booking partners can decline to serve some places or payments under their own policies. The booking terms say which places Loomavoy currently refuses because of US sanctions law.
The service may change or be unavailable. Supplier and partner data can be wrong or change without notice.
The Loomavoy name, design and content belong to Norton Media Enterprise, LLC or its licensors.
The planning service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Norton Media Enterprise, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any booking is limited to the amount Loomavoy earned on that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the law of your country does not allow to be limited or excluded.
South Carolina, USA. If the law of the country where you live gives you consumer rights that can't be waived, those rights still apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where that law allows.
We post changes here with a new date and keep earlier versions available (linked below). The booking terms in effect when you booked apply to that booking.
